A-Anime
Something I like that starts with a letter a is anime. Anime is the Japanese abbreviated pronunciation of "animation". Anime, like manga, has a large audience in Japan and recognition throughout the world. It can be released via television broadcasts , directly to video or theotratically, as well as online. Both hand-drawn and computer animated anime exist. It has different genres such as drama, psychological, mystery, romance, science fiction, supernatural, and so on.People who like anime are called otaku. Anime is popular worldwide and people go to anime conventions. In an anime convention they sell cd's, anime figurines, stuffed toys, accesories such as key chains, earrings, and necklaces, magazines, and mangas. In an anime convention, people also cosplay and joins drawing contests, there's also a maid-cafe and battle of the bands. There are also publishers that make magazines about anime like otakuzine. I started to have a liking to anime when I was in fourth grade. It is important for me because I found friends and helped me through some tough times. I started collecting cd's of anime I like, and until now is increasing in number.
